Good morning principles,directors,teachers,my dear boys and girls !
Today, I am greatly honored to stand here on behalf of the teachers of English group to say something to you . First of all ,let us give a warm welcome to the new comers ! Congratulations to you all .
Now boys and girls ,the hot summer vacation has gone away , the harvest Autumn is smiling to us ,.we have already said goodbye to the quiet holidays ,the campos of our school again is full of joy and laughter .
Boys and girls ,the school you are studying in is a rising star with bright beautiful future . The perfect teaching facilities ,the new theory of managing the school ,the forethought principles and a group of teachers with great passion ,all these makes up our excellent group ,the best school .Choosing this school means choosing your beautiful future .
Dear students , love is the foundation of education ,.Love is the duty of all teachers ,we will devote ourselves to care for everyone here ,we will spread love to all of you .we will spare no efforts to love you and be strict with you .
Boys and girls ,hardly had you entered the school ,you stood at the new turning point,facing the new start ,are you ready ? Are you ready for the life here ? The methods of study in the new school are different from the old ones .I hope at the beginning of new term ,you should set a proper goal for the new term and struggle for it .
What should you do to realize your dreams ,how to make your life here splendid ? Boys and girls ,choosing struggle and hardworking means selecting hope and harvest ,choosing agony and difficulty equals to selecting mastership and maturity .choosing struggle and beyond means selecting success and brilliance .We should never forget these proverbs : No cross ,no crown ,There is no such thing as free lunch .
Boys and girls ,leave confidence to yourselves ,leave love and devotion to your parents ,leave honesty to your classmates .you should treasure everything here ,you should know to thank all the people who helped you .learn to control yourselves no matter what you do ,do it well ,boys and girls ,I strongly believe that you must have a wonderful period of life in our school with the sense of loving our country , our school ,our teachers ,parents and classmates.
Boys and girls, as is known to all ,well begun is half done . In order to own a good beginning ,I am willing to give you some advice in English study .hopefully it will be beneficial to you .
First ,you should have a strong desire to learn English well , that is to say you should be interested in it ,because interest is the best teacher .
Second ,form the good habit of learning English .accumulate your knowledge day by day .we have large vocabularies to memorize ,as long as you have the good habit and stick to it ,you are sure to make it .
Third ,strengthen your memory of the new words and expressions ,they are the base of learning English .Reading and writing need large vocabularies ,without them nothing can be achieved .
Fourth,,learn to adopt the good methods of others ,using different ways to solve the problems .
Fifth ,Do the "four "every day :
1, Listen to listening materials every day to train your listening
2, Do more reading every day .
3, Don't forget to practice speaking and writing very day .
4, Learn some excellent phrases and sentences by heart every day .
Only in this way can you learn English well . All in all ,talent comes from diligence . The key to success lies in yourselves . Dear boys and girls ,study hard , the beautiful future belongs to you all !
